Providing technical support for TAFIS. Conducted functionality testing for the TAFIS 2.0 system upgrade within the testing environment. Monitored and resolved incoming user support requests, extracting, verifying and troubleshooting Purchase Order (PO) data across specific Financial Years (FY) as requested by government ministries and departments.
